MEMORANDUM

It is known to all our readers that there is at the

present time a considerable feel ing of unrest in consequence

of the banishment of certain prominent men who are believed

to have taken an active part in the Boycott which led to

riots in this City. We have heard it rumoured that the

that these fears are groundless and that the rumours have
